Ongoing mandatory Continuous Professional Development (CPD) keeps our knowledge fully up to date with changes in legislation, taxation and best practice, so the advice you receive is current, accurate and reliable. Alasdair MacLeod, Principal and Owner of the firm, has had many years of experience working with two major solicitor firms, one in Edinburgh and the other in Glasgow.

Robust Insurance Protection

Estate Planning Services (Scotland) are required to comply with the Code of Conduct of The Society of Will Writers and Estate Planning Practitioners. For the protection of clients the company has £2.5million of Professional Indemnity Insurance cover in place and also £5million of Public Liability Insurance.
